Skąd Dżiny czerpią swoje trafne podpowiedzi.
Każdy Dżin z sieci Hey Jini! jest tak dobry, jak baza, z której korzysta. Nie zgadujemy jednej „ukrytej" odpowiedzi — podpowiadamy tę najlepiej pasującą do Twoich odpowiedzi. Dlatego im większa i lepiej opisana baza, tym trafniejsze i ciekawsze propozycje. Łącznie sieć opiera się dziś na ponad 6350 pozycjach.
Baza w liczbach
- 🍔 Foodjini — 1004 dania z całego świata (kuchnie, składniki, style).
- 🎬 Cinejini — 1005 filmów (gatunki, nastroje, klasyki i hity).
- ✈️ Tripjini — 3340 destynacji w 242 krajach (miasta, wyspy, regiony).
- 🎁 Giftjini — 1002 pomysły na prezent (zainteresowania, okazje, budżety).
Do tego 100 pytań na każdego Dżina, a każda pozycja jest opisana dziesiątkami cech (0–1), na których pracuje silnik podpowiedzi.
Jak budujemy bazę
Baz nie tworzymy „ręcznie" pozycja po pozycji. Powstają przez generatory, które zamieniają opisowe tagi na policzalne cechy, i rozwijają realne rodziny i warianty (np. rodzaje pizzy, curry z różnym białkiem, filmy w podgatunkach). Na to nakładamy warstwę kuratorską — ręcznie dobrane, bogato opisane pozycje tam, gdzie użytkownicy trafiają najczęściej. Dane o miejscach w Tripjini korzystają z otwartego zbioru GeoNames (licencja CC BY 4.0).
Ciągły rozwój
Baza nie jest zamknięta — regularnie dokładamy nowe pozycje, cechy i pytania, a także dostrajamy silnik, by podpowiedzi były coraz trafniejsze i różnorodniejsze. Liczby powyżej to stan bieżący; z czasem rosną. Jeśli brakuje Ci czegoś w bazie — napisz na contact@heyjini.app, chętnie dołożymy.
Dlaczego „więcej" znaczy „lepiej"
W klasycznej grze w zgadywanie liczy się trafienie jednej odpowiedzi. U nas jest inaczej: Dżin ma doradzić, a Ty jesteś niezdecydowany. Większa baza to więcej dobrych propozycji pasujących do Twoich odpowiedzi — a wbudowana rotacja pytań sprawia, że kolejność i wynik różnią się za każdym razem. Dzięki temu warto wracać.
Our database
Where the Genies get their spot-on suggestions.
Every Genie in the Hey Jini! network is only as good as the database behind it. We don't guess one “hidden” answer — we suggest the one that best fits your replies. So the bigger and better-described the database, the more accurate and interesting the picks. In total, the network is built on more than 6,350 entries.
The database in numbers
- 🍔 Foodjini — 1,004 dishes from around the world (cuisines, ingredients, styles).
- 🎬 Cinejini — 1,005 movies (genres, moods, classics and hits).
- ✈️ Tripjini — 3,340 destinations across 242 countries (cities, islands, regions).
- 🎁 Giftjini — 1,002 gift ideas (interests, occasions, budgets).
Plus 100 questions per Genie, and every entry is described by dozens of features (0–1) that the suggestion engine works on.
How we build the database
We don't hand-write the database entry by entry. It's produced by generators that turn descriptive tags into measurable features and expand real families and variants (e.g. types of pizza, curries with different proteins, movie sub-genres). On top of that we add a curated layer — hand-picked, richly described entries where users land most often. Tripjini's place data uses the open GeoNames dataset (CC BY 4.0 license).
Always growing
The database is not closed — we regularly add new entries, features and questions, and keep tuning the engine so suggestions get sharper and more varied. The numbers above are current; they grow over time. Missing something? Write to contact@heyjini.app and we'll gladly add it.
Why “more” means “better”
In a classic guessing game, hitting one answer is the point. Here it's different: the Genie is meant to advise, and you're undecided. A bigger database means more good options that fit your answers — and built-in question rotation makes the order and the result differ every time. That's why it's worth coming back.
